Remove any thoughts or patterns that interfere with loving yourself.
Build a routine centered on self worth,
Practice with small boundaries before you have to set big ones.
Work with your healing codes so those old patterns don’t come back.

After I left a 20-year relationship, I had memories that would make me cry or full of rage. I felt guilt for not making different choices and what my kids go through as a result.
